Hall A


This Hall hosts the students' most remarkable artefacts up untill the 1899.
The "Four season floor" has been inspired by the decorative motif of that by Chiaiese factory shown in the adjacent hall (hall B).
Amongst the most significant pieces of art present in this hall, there are some ceramic works based and realized on Palizzi's drawings: the faun fontain, the rose petals floor, two decorative dishes representing "small hunting scenes" and "big haunting scene".
Based on Morelli's designs plans are two majolica panels called "open air painting school" and "open air sculpture school"
