Hall C
In this hall there
are many examples of Palizzi's work at the
Institute. This great artist dedicated himself not only to painting but
to the Applied Arts as well.
The hall hosts some of Palizzi's most meaningful works, such as the ceramics
plates, which were an innovative support that highlighted the artist's
interest in light, colour and movement.
Always a careful observer of nature, Palizzi continually experimented
with all the possibilities connected with Applied Arts, comparing himself
with both different techniques and material. Eloquent examples are the
bronze fusions, the big "double
handle" vase, the panel of a lion and
the herons fountain
